Introduction

Eligibility, Licensing and Jurisdiction

You may use the Services only if you are of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction and permitted to engage in online gaming activities where you reside. Igobet may request proof of age at any time. You must not be located in or a resident of any Non-Permitted Jurisdiction while accessing the Services. Opening an Account and Registration

To place wagers or play Games, you must open an Igobet Account. You may register by following the on-site process or contacting Igobet’s Customer Services. Your Account will be operated by Igobet or a group company acting on its behalf. You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration. You may have to verify your identity and address and provide other documentation to comply with regulatory requirements. You may hold only one active Account. Duplicate Accounts may be closed, with consequences including voided promotions and forfeiture of winnings. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, including deposits, wagers and bonuses, and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Verification of Identity and Anti-Money Laundering (KYC/AML)

Igobet will verify your identity and residency and may perform checks in accordance with applicable laws. You must provide documents such as a government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, national ID or driver’s licence) and proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement). A real-time photograph may be required. Documents should be clear, colour, and legible; uploads must be within size limits and may require a period for verification. Use of the Services and Your Obligations

You may access and use the Services solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You are responsible for all deposits, wagers and transactions placed under your Account. You must ensure any information you provide is accurate and up to date. You must not undertake activities that may undermine the integrity of the Services, including cheating, collusion, or the use of automated or non-approved devices. Igobet reserves the right to suspend or terminate Accounts suspected of such activity or to withhold winnings where appropriate.

Financial Transactions and Funds

Igobet holds customer funds in a dedicated client bank account separate from Igobet’s own funds. This segregation ensures funds are not mixed with corporate assets. Notwithstanding segregation, customer balances are not protected in the event of Igobet’s insolvency. Deposits and withdrawals are subject to verification checks and processing times. Igobet may require documentation to support deposits or withdrawals and may refuse transactions that do not meet internal controls or regulatory requirements. Igobet may refund funds to the originally funded payment method where permitted by law and the terms of the respective payment provider.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering

Promotions are subject to its Promotions Terms and any promotional material published by Igobet. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering or other conditions are met, as set out in the Promotions Terms. Winnings arising from bonus funds or free spins are subject to game-specific rules and may depend on RTP (return-to-player) where applicable. Igobet reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate Promotions at any time and to remove players from a Promotion if violations are detected.

Responsible Gaming

Igobet promotes responsible gambling. You may set limits on deposits, losses, or session duration or self-exclude via the Responsible Gaming page. If you are concerned about your gambling activity or believe you have a problem, you should seek appropriate assistance and consider self-exclusion. Any self-exclusion or take-a-break actions must be respected by Igobet and may require termination of active promotions or pending bets.

Account Security and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activity conducted through your Account. You should log out after each session and inform Igobet immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. Igobet will not be liable for losses incurred due to unauthorized access arising from your failure to maintain adequate security.

Inactive, Dormant and Closed Accounts

If an Account remains unused for 12 consecutive months it becomes Dormant. Igobet may close Dormant Accounts and forfeit any Real Money Balance, subject to applicable law. Promotional or bonus funds may be forfeited on closure. If retained balances exist on reactivation, they may be reinstated after identity verification. An administration fee may be charged to dormant accounts in accordance with these Terms.

Termination, Suspension and Account Closure

Igobet may suspend or terminate your Account for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, security concerns or regulatory actions. If you request closure, Igobet will process the closure within a defined period (typically 72 hours). A closed Account will render the Games unplayable, though reinstatement may be possible upon request with confirmation. If a withdrawal is in process at the time of closure, the withdrawal will be completed prior to finalizing the closure.

Changes to these Terms

Igobet may modify these Terms and related policies from time to time. The most current version will be posted on the site and will take effect on the date stated within the amendment. Where changes are substantial, Igobet will provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you may stop using the Services or close your Account in accordance with these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on the Igobet platform are owned or licensed to Igobet and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes and for the lawful operation of your Account. No material from the Site may be reproduced, redistributed, or altered without Igobet’s express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Igobet excludes liability for (a) interruptions or delays in the Services, (b) losses or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Services, (c) losses from third-party actions, or (d) losses that are indirect, incidental or consequential. Nothing in these Terms excludes Igobet’s liability for death or personal injury caused by Igobet’s negligence or for fraud or for any other matter that cannot be excluded by law. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Igobet’s licensed jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to applicable regulatory dispute processes where available.

Data Protection and Privacy

Igobet’s privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, including transfers to regulators, payment providers and other service partners as necessary for the provision of the Services and for compliance with legal obligations.

Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Igobet regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. No waiver of any provision shall be effective unless in writing and signed by Igobet.
