Payment Options

Accepted payment methods

Igobet supports multiple payment channels for deposits and withdrawals. Availability depends on your jurisdiction and the currency chosen. Accepted fiat methods include credit/debit cards and bank transfers; digital wallets may be offered where available. Igobet also enables cryptocurrency transactions, with a range of well-known digital assets supported for both deposits and withdrawals. All payment activity must use funds belonging to the account holder and comply with Igobet’s anti‑fraud controls.

Deposits

To participate in wagering, a deposit must be made from approved payment methods. The minimum deposit is €20 or the equivalent in the account’s currency. The maximum per single deposit varies by method and country, with typical ranges disclosed on the Payments page. The number of deposits allowed per day and per month, and any per‑transaction ceilings, are specified by method.

For fiat deposits, Igobet may require the payer’s name to match the registered account name. Crypto deposits are processed on the blockchain and are credited after the relevant confirmations for the chosen asset. Deposits may be subject to additional verification (KYC) before funds become freely usable for wagering. Deposited funds are available for wagering once the deposit has cleared and any required verification checks have been completed.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is €40 or the equivalent in the account currency. Withdrawals are permitted up to method‑specific maximums, and where a requested withdrawal exceeds a method’s cap, it will be fulfilled in installments. Maximum daily/weekly/monthly withdrawal limits apply (e.g., per‑transaction and aggregate caps), and these limits vary by payment method and jurisdiction.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC) and source‑of‑fund checks. Igobet reserves the right to review and withhold withdrawals while completing these checks. Withdrawals requested via cryptocurrency are sent to the wallet bound to the user’s Igobet account in the corresponding digital asset. Fiat withdrawals are processed to the same class of account used for the deposit, subject to applicable policy and compliance requirements. If a user deposited with digital currency, fiat withdrawals may be restricted or unavailable for that withdrawal until further verification or re‑funding rules are satisfied.

In all cases, withdrawals are processed within a defined period after approval. The standard processing window is two (2) business days, but additional checks, security reviews, or regulatory requirements may extend this timeline. A withdrawal can be canceled prior to completion, in which case the funds are returned to the user’s Igobet balance to be used again at the user’s discretion.

Play‑through and withdrawal readiness

Igobet may require that deposited funds be wagered or rolled through a defined amount before withdrawal is permitted. This play‑through requirement is intended to ensure compliance with anti‑money‑laundering practices and to protect user funds. Specific play‑through multipliers and wagering requirements are published on the account’s Cashier/Payments interface and are subject to change by Igobet with prior notice.

Fees, processing times and currency handling

Fees may apply to certain payment methods or countries. Processing times for deposits and withdrawals vary by method and may be influenced by verification steps, network confirmations (for crypto), and payment provider policies. Igobet reserves the right to convert currencies at the prevailing rate when a transaction involves more than one currency and to charge applicable conversion fees where indicated on the Payments page.

Chargebacks, refunds and reversals

Chargebacks may be raised by the user only where supported by the card issuer and applicable law. In a chargeback, Igobet may lose the funds, associated processing fees, and any currency conversions, and reserves the right to suspend or restrict the account. Igobet will communicate any chargeback via the user’s registered contact details and may require identity verification to proceed. Igobet may also initiate refunds in specific circumstances where funds are returned by the payment provider, or where there is a legitimate over‑credit or erroneous credit, upon review by Igobet. Refund decisions are at Igobet’s sole discretion and are documented in the user’s account activity. Any remaining balance after a chargeback or refund event may be treated as blocked or restricted in accordance with Igobet’s AML and risk policies.

Verification and AML compliance

Igobet conducts identity, source‑of‑fund, and risk assessments in line with applicable laws and regulatory expectations. Users must complete KYC procedures, providing documentation such as government‑issued identification and proof of address, and may be asked to supply information about the origin of funds. Igobet may perform additional checks at any time, and may suspend or restrict payments and account access pending completion of those checks.

Security, privacy and data handling

Igobet employs appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard payment information and personal data. All processing is conducted in accordance with Igobet’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Users should review privacy notices and understand how information is collected, stored, and used in relation to payments and account activity.
