Introduction and Scope

Igobet General Promotions and Bonus Terms and Conditions govern all Casino Bonuses, Sports Bonuses, No Deposit Bonuses, Deposit Bonuses, Free Spins and Free Bets, and any special offers extended to a customer via the Website, newsletters, SMS messages and on-site notifications. Where a conflict exists between these General Promotions & Bonus Terms and Conditions and the Website's General Terms and Conditions, the General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Bonus Activation and One-at-a-Time Policy

Players may claim and hold only one active bonus at any given time. Igobet reserves the right to refuse a bonus to any player or group of players. Bonuses awarded are specific to the game category under which the offer was made (e.g., a Casino bonus applies to casino games; a Sports bonus applies to eligible sports bets). No stacking of bonuses is permitted unless explicitly stated in the respective promotion terms.

Eligibility, Verification and Account Integrity

Participation in bonuses requires that the player is a real-money user and fully verified. Bonuses and related promotions are not transferable or assignable. Accounts may be restricted or closed at Igobet’s discretion for breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or if the player fails to meet country eligibility requirements. Each player must use their own account and may not share access with third parties; duplication across accounts or devices may result in the forfeiture of bonuses and winnings.

Duration, Expiry and Cancellation

Bonuses become available for seven (7) days from the moment they are credited to the player’s account, unless the promotion terms state otherwise. If wagering requirements are not met within the applicable period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be void. A Bonus is automatically cancelled if the active balance falls to €0.05 or less for Casino Bonuses or €0.50 or less for Sports Bonuses, or the equivalent in other currencies. A player may cancel a bonus before wagering, but the bonus amount, any winnings and any wagered amount will be deducted from the overall balance.

Wagering Requirements and Game Contributions

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the individual terms. The standard casino bonus wagering requirement is 45x the bonus amount, with contributions by game type varying as described below. A minimum bet while a bonus is active may apply, and a maximum bet limit may restrict wagering activity. Certain games do not contribute towards wagering requirements, and a detailed list of eligible and ineligible games is provided in the promotion terms. Winnings from bonuses become withdrawable only after all wagering requirements are satisfied.

Casino Bonuses — General Terms

• Minimum bet while an Active Bonus: 0.50 EUR / 0.50 USD / 0.75 CAD / 0.75 AUD / 0.75 NZD / 2.50 BRL per spin/bet (or currency equivalent).
• Maximum bet while an Active Bonus: 5.00 EUR / 5.00 USD / 7.50 CAD / 7.50 AUD / 7.50 NZD / 25 BRL per spin/bet (or currency equivalent).
• Games that do not contribute to wagering are listed in the promotion's terms; all other games contribute according to Igobet’s standard rate (typically 100% for slots; lower percentages for table and card games).
• Wagering on certain games (e.g., jackpot games, specific table games, or other listed titles) may be excluded from contributing to wagering requirements.
• Physical and logical restrictions on bets apply; real money wagering will be exhausted before bonus funds during active bonus play.

Sports Bonuses — General Terms

• For a Sports Deposit Bonus, the maximum bet permitted while the bonus is active equals the amount of the player’s deposit.
• Bets must meet conditions to count toward the bonus release: the first bet on a given outcome counts; identical, conflicting or repetitive bets do not count; void, Cashed-Out or FreeBet-based bets do not count.
• Only bets on Football, Basketball, Ice Hockey and Tennis count unless stated otherwise; bets on Handicap or Draw No Bet may be excluded and Igobet reserves the right to void such bets and forfeit related Wagering.

No Deposit Bonuses

No Deposit Bonuses are offered subject to separate terms. The standard terms include a wagering requirement (commonly 45x), a cap on winnings (commonly up to a defined amount such as 50 USDT or equivalent), and restrictions on withdrawal until wagering is fulfilled. No-deposit bonuses are generally available only to fully verified players. Winnings from no-deposit bonuses are subject to withdrawal caps and may be limited to a single withdrawal per player. All no-deposit bonuses are sticky; real money is expended prior to bonus funds when wagering. If balance falls to the cancellation threshold, the bonus is cancelled, and any remaining bonus funds may be forfeited.

Withdrawals, Forfeitures and Bonus Reversals

Winnings derived from bonuses may be withdrawn only after applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. If a player elects to withdraw before meeting wagering obligations, the bonus amount, any winnings derived therefrom, and any wagered amounts will be deducted from the player’s balance. Real money is exhausted first when both real and bonus funds are present. If a bonus is cancelled for any reason, associated winnings and wagered amounts may be forfeited. Igobet may reverse or reclaim bonuses and winnings where irregular activity or breach of these terms is detected.

Prohibited Conduct, Abuse and Irregular Play

• Engaging in wagering patterns designed to exploit bonuses (e.g., minimizing risk with bonus funds, or systematic play to clear wagering requirements while preserving bonus value) is prohibited.
• Use of betting systems or strategies intended to circumvent wagering requirements is prohibited.
• Creating multiple accounts, colluding with others, or repeatedly exploiting promotions may lead to forfeiture of bonuses and winnings and account closure.
• Utilising features with low house edge or combining games to meet wagering requirements with minimal loss may be treated as irregular play.

Changes to Terms and Final Authority

Igobet reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate any bonus offer, and to update these terms at any time. Times related to bonuses are stated in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). All promotion terms are published in English; translations, if any, are provided for convenience and do not affect the English version. Any dispute arising under these terms will be resolved by Igobet, and Igobet’s decision shall be final.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms shall be interpreted and governed by applicable law. Any disputes in relation to bonuses shall be subject to Igobet’s standard complaints process and governing law as published in the Website's General Terms and Conditions.
