Igobet Self-Exclusion Policy
Igobet is committed to responsible gambling. This policy explains Time-Out and Self-Exclusion options across all Igobet products, how to initiate them, their effects on your account, and how to revoke or adjust these measures. It applies to all Igobet customers and covers the entire Igobet platform.
Time-Out
A Time-Out is a short-term break from gambling across all Igobet products. Once initiated, you will not be able to deposit or withdraw funds, place bets, or access any Igobet product for the duration selected. The available Time-Out periods are shown in your Account Profile and are fixed; durations cannot be customised.
- Revoking a Time-Out: A Time-Out may be revoked only after 24 hours from the initial request. If revoked, access is restored after the system processes the change.
- Effect during Time-Out: No gambling activity is permitted; the account remains restricted for the duration.
- Reactivation: Upon expiration, normal access is restored automatically.
Self-Exclusion
If you require a longer break, you may choose Self-Exclusion for a defined period. Self-exclusion closes your Igobet account to all gambling activity for the chosen duration.
- Initiation: Submit a Self-Exclusion request through your account's Self-Exclusion page or by sending an electronic notice to Igobet Customer Support. Select one of the pre-selected exclusion periods.
- Cooling-off period: After receipt, the account enters a 24-hour cooling-off period (Stage 1), during which no gambling activity is permitted.
- Period availability: After the cooling-off period, Igobet will present the available pre-selected Self-Exclusion periods. No variations of the pre-selected time periods are permitted.
- Confirmation: To proceed, you must provide an email confirmation. If no confirmation is received within 24 hours, the request will be treated as withdrawn and the account will be reopened by email confirmation.
- Activation: Once Self-Exclusion begins, the account is disabled and you will not be able to deposit or withdraw funds for the duration of the exclusion.
- Expiration and reactivation: Upon expiration, the account will automatically be re-activated.
Financial Protection of Players and Limits
Igobet provides tools to support responsible gambling, including personal spending and activity limits. These controls are accessible under the My Account area and can be adjusted at any time unless otherwise restricted by an active exclusion.
- Exceeding limits: If you exceed a maximum limit, further actions related to that limit are restricted until you adjust activity or revoke the limit in accordance with this policy.
- Modifying or revoking limits: Requests to revoke or modify limits or exclusions must be submitted in writing or via electronic notice. Igobet will consider such requests but reserves absolute discretion to deny.
- Promotional material: Igobet will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that excluded customers do not receive promotional material; however, Igobet cannot guarantee against all instances, especially if a customer creates new accounts or alters registration details.
